Transformed Lives

Dear Friends,

I am in awe of God's power to transform lives. Former abusers, former murderers, former addicts, former gossipers, former road ragers, former yellers, former adulterers, former drunkards... Red, yellow, black, white... Friends and family. In the hood, in suburbia - you name it. But we got washed. We got set apart for God. We were made right with God through faith in His Son Jesus. (1 Corinthians 6:11)

My life isn't perfect, but it's being transformed. Is your life transformed? Time in the presence of God - in His word and in prayer - has the power to make you more like Jesus. "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." (Romans 12:2 NIV)
